J U D G M E N T
An amount of Rs.5,31,700/- was paid by cheque
towards terminal benefits due to the petitioner and another amount of Rs.1,66,250/- has also been paid by cheque on 23-3-2007. It is, therefore, submitted that there is complete payment of the amount due to the petitioner towards terminal benefits. This submission is not controverted by the petitioner.
The Contempt of Court Case is, therefore, closed.
