JUDGMENT

In case the amounts due to the petitioner are not paid on or before 25.07.2007, he will be entitled to get interest at the rate of 12 per cent from the date of the judgment and the officers responsible for the delay shall be personally liable for the same. With the above direction, the C.C.C is disposed of.
