Alleging that the respondents have committed an act of contempt by disobeying the orders and directions issued by this Court in W.P.(C). No.11008 of 2007 dated 25^th May, 2007, the petitioner/complainant is before us in this contempt petition with a request to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondents for the so-called disobedience of the orders and directions issued by this Court.

(2) Having gone through the pleadings made in the contempt petition and also the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court, we are of the opinion, the respondents have not committed any act of contempt, which warrants initiation of contempt proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act. Therefore, the contempt petition requires to be rejected and it is rejected.
