The Kerala State Housing Board is before us inter alia alleging that the respondent has disobeyed the orders and directions issued by this Court in W.P.(C).No.3618 of 2007 dated 13th February, 2007.
(2) Sri.M.K.Chandramohan Das takes notice for the respondent.
(3) On instructions, he would submit that the Corporation shall not dump any waste or garbage in the property which belongs to the Kerala State Housing Board.
(4) In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, in our opinion, no proceedings either under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act or under Article 215 of the Constitution of India need be initiated by us. Therefore, the Petition requires to be rejected and accordingly it is rejected.
