JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that Ext.P16 interim order passed by this court in Writ Petition No.12135/2005 has not been complied with. Petitioners had preferred this writ petition since the Registry had wrongly noted that Writ Petition No.12135/2005 had been disposed of on August 16, 2006, though only an interim order was passed therein on that date. Any how, the above mistake has been rectified now and the Registry has been directed to treat Writ Petition No.12135/2005 as still pending.
Since respondent No.2 has complied with the direction issued in Ext.P16 order and has produced a copy of the order issued by him in this regard, this writ petition has become infructuous. The affidavit filed by respondent No.2 and the consequential order passed by him shall be treated as part of the proceedings in Writ Petition No.12135/2006.
The writ petition is therefore closed as infructuous.
