This revision has been filed challenging the order dated 11th November, 1997 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thrissur framing charges against the petitioner. From a reading of the order, it is quite clear that the allegations and the supporting materials would prima facie show commission of offence by the petitioner. No legal point has been urged that may show non-application or non-attraction of the offences on the facts of this case. That being so, no illegality or impropriety could be pointed out in framing charges only.
No merits. Dismissed.
Crl.M.P.No.678 of 1998 does not survive.
