ORDER
The petitioner who is the first accused in Crime No. 228/2006 of Feroke Police Station for an offence punishable under Sec. 420 read with Sec. 34 I.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail.

agreement for sale in favour of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. There is no reason why the petitioner should not surrender before the Magistrate concerned and seek regular bail. Accordingly, if the petitioner surrenders before the Magistrate concerned and files an application for regular bail within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of, preferably, on the same date on which it is filed.
With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
