Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. To direct the respondents to register the katha in respect of in respect Survey No.443/4B, and 447/4 and Gramathana Katha No.299/2, Sites No's. 655 and 656 of Shantigrama Village, Hobli, Hassan Taluk, and Hassan District in terms of representation dated 7.10.2023 (Annexure-E) and representation dated 17.5.2024 (Annexure-F), in the interest of justice and equity.

b. Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity .

The grievance of the petitioner is that an application submitted by the petitioner for registration of Katha in respect of the property covered under Survey No.443/4B and 447/4 and Gramathana Khata No.299/2, Site Nos.655 and 656 of Shantigrama Village, Hassan Taluk, Hassan, as per the representations dated 07.10.2023 and 07.05.2024 have not been considered by the respondents.

The statement of objections which has been filed indicates that an endorsement has been issued on 27.05.2024 rejecting the representation of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above endorsement, the petition stands disposed of .
