The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

Issue a writ of certiorari duly quashing the impugned notice dated 27.11.2025 bearing No.Gra.Pan.C.R.37/2025-26 issued by the 3rd respondent / Mayasandra Grama Panchayat, demanding the petitioner to pay the arrears of property tax to the tune of Rs.4,95,235.88 for the period from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026 vide Annexure D and
