This petition is by the erstwhile Anti-Corruption Bureau which is now stated to have been merged with the Karnataka Lokayukta being aggrieved by the order dated 16.02.2021 produced at Annexure-F passed by the respondent No.1/ Commissioner of Karnataka Information Commission, by which respondent No.1 declined to accept the justification given by the petitioner in not disclosing the information and taking shelter under Section 8(1)(h) and 8(1)(e) of the Right To Information Act, 2005 and had directed to provide the information as sought for by the respondent No.2 within 30 days.
