Petitioner is before this Court seeking following reliefs;

I). Issue a writ or order or direction to the respondents to consider representations dated on 14.09.2018 and 18.09.2019 as per Annexure-C and E respectively.

II). Issue a writ or order or direction setting aside the order dated 28.05.2019 issued by the respondent No.2 vide Annexure-D.

III). Issue any other order or direction as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice.

None appears for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the representation made by the petitioner on 14.09.2018 and 18.09.2019 as per Annexure-C and E respectively and the same has been considered and order in this regard has been passed on 28.05.2019, as per Annexure-D. He further submits that the petitioner has also challenged Annexure-D, which purports to appoint a 'Muttavalli' for a period of three years.
