The case of the petitioners is that a dispute bearing No.242/2025-26 is pending before respondent No.2 and in spite of their best efforts, respondent no.2 is not taking up the matter. Hence, they have filed the instant writ petition with the following prayers:-

"a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction as the case may be, directing the Respondent No.2 Authority to hear and dispose of the of the IA filed by the respondent No.1 in an expeditious manner as per Annexure-'B' in dispute No.242/2025-26.

b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction to the Respondent No.2 Authority to dispose of main Dispute on the ground of maintainability of the very Dispute itself to meet the ends of justice as per Annexure-'F', in Application No.JRM/DDS/242/2025-26.

c) Grant such other incidental relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the case."

Learned AGA appearing for respondent no.2, upon instructions, submits that a direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to dispose of the main matter itself within a period of six months.

For the aforementioned reasons, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the dispute bearing No.242/2025-26 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
