In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:

“ Issue the Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the Representation made by the Petitioner dated 04.03.2025, (Annexure-D), and consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to 7 to provide the Gratuity and Leave Encashment Allowance to the Petitioner.

Issue any other Writ or Order / Directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice and equity.”

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 04.03.2025 at Annexure - D submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents

submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation.
