Learned Counsel for petitioner is directed to serve copies of the petition along with Annexures on the learned HCGP.

It is the contention of the learned Counsel for petitioner that despite the Assistant Commissioner passing an order on 04.07.2012 remanding the matter back to the Tahsildar, who is the Chairman of the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation to reconsider the application filed by the petitioner, no orders have been passed by the Tahsildar or the Committee, till date.

Re-list this matter on 10.02.2026 to enable the learned HCGP to secure instructions from the respondent- Tahsildar as to whether the Application filed by the petitioner is still pending consideration after the remand order passed by the Assistant Commissioner.”
