The petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned order at Annexure-A dated 04.07.2025 passed by the second respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Rural District, rejecting the application filed by the petitioner under Order I Rule 10(2) of the CPC seeking to implead himself in the revisional proceedings bearing Revision Petition No.37of 2024.
