In this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner is to

consider his representation seeking change of khata in terms of judgement and decree passed in O.S.No.101/2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Chikkabalapur.

Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, as the petitioner is claiming right over the property in terms of the judgment and decree passed by the competent court in the aforementioned suit, the Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
