Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to respondent No.2 – Tahsildar, Sargur Taluk, for phodi and durasth of his land. Learned Counsel submits that appropriate directions may

be given to the concerned respondents to carry out the phodi and durasth.

Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that normally this Court would direct the parties to file online application for phodi and durasth. However, in respect of granted lands, since the phodi and the durasth have to be conducted simultaneously in respect of all the granted lands, sufficient time may be required to complete the process. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits on instructions that the Sy.No.398/605 of Sagare Village, Kandalike Hobli, H.D.Kote Taluk, comprises of 108 acres 3 guntas and several grants have been made in the said survey number. Therefore, sufficient time will have to be granted to the respondents to complete the phodi and durasth.
