Learned High Court Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the party-inperson has given the similar kind of complaint in the years 2012, 2016, 2017 and 2025. Same complaints are registered against the very same persons. Earlier, one of the complaints given is registered as Crime No.217/2016. Against that, accused had filed Crl.P.No.63878/2016 that came to be allowed on 30.10.2023. He has also given complaints in Cr.No.26/2017 and against that Crl.P.No.173/2017 was filed was allowed on 07.06.2022, Crime No.17/2025 was filed by the party-in-person and it was quashed in Crl.P.No.2550/2025 by order dated 16.04.2025. It is submitted that the petitioner herein is continuously filing the complaints.
