This writ petition is of the year 2022. So far notice is not served on the respondent as the petitioner has failed to pay the process fee. When the matter came up before the court on 07.04.2026 there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Interim Order was granted on 19.05.2022. As the petitioner has failed to represent before the court, the matter was directed to be listed under caption for ‘dismissal’ on 08.04.02026. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
