Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure-Q) passed by respondent No.2 and the order dated 14.12.2022 passed by respondent No.3 (Annexure-J).

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon perusal of the material on record, it is evident that the revenue authorities have effected the mutation in terms of the registered Sale Deed dated 22.11.2022. It is also

to be noted that a civil suit in O.S. No.843/2021 in respect of the subject land is pending consideration before the competent Civil Court.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit

in the writ petition calling for interference with the impugned orders. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the revenue authorities for appropriate relief after the conclusion of the civil proceedings and subject to the outcome thereof.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed .
