Learned counsel appearing for the Central Government Sri.H.Shanthi Bhushan., states that the only college opted for by the petitioner is J.S.S Medical College, Mysuru regarding the subject of his choice and in that very college the opted subject has been allotted to the petitioner. This has rendered the Writ Petition infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of . In the circumstances, the prayer made by the petitioner with regard to validity of the provisions in the bulletin becomes otiose and does not require adjudication.
