Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

although a memo for withdrawal was filed on 10.11.2025, nevertheless the respondent – Tahsildar, Ramanagara Taluk has issued an endorsement dated 27.10.2025, rejecting the application filed by the petitioner in Form

No.53 on the ground that the lands in question are within the prohibited distance of 18 kms., from the boundary of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike and therefore the application cannot be entertained.

The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore

submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw

the writ petition, while also seeking leave to raise a challenge to the endorsement issued by the respondent - Tahsildar.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, while reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise a challenge to the endorsement dated 27.10.2025, issued by the respondent - Tahsildar.
