2. This petition is filed seeking following reliefs:

a) Issue a writ of certiorari and quash the impugned Demand Notice dated:02.08.2024 vide Annexure-A in so far as petitioner is concerned.

b) Pass any such order or direction as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
