In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 24^th October, 2024 (Annexure-A) passed by the respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner in Revision Petition No.83/2024; order dated 26^th March, 2024 (Annexure-B)

passed by the respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner in Case No.R.A.124/2023 and order dated 13^th June, 2022 (AnnexureC) passed by the respondent No.4-Tahsildar in Case No.R.R.T(RE)C.R:156/2021-22.

Heard Sri. Kiran J., learned counsel on behalf of Sri. Prakash T. Hebbar, appearing for the petitioner; Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4; and Sri. D.R. Ravishankar, learned Senior Counsel on behalf of Sri. Rakesh Bhatt, appearing for the respondent No.5.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the mutation in respect of the subject land has been effected based on the registered Sale Deed dated 13^th March, 1967. On careful perusal of order dated 04^th June, 2025 (Annexure-N) passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.22952 of 2024, it is forthcoming that the order passed by the respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner against the respondent No.5 herein in R.P. No.87/2024 dated 30^th July, 2024 was set-aside and same was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court, by

judgment dated 03^rd June, 2026 in Writ Appeal No.1109 of 2025. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the impugned orders passed by the respondent-Authorities are just and proper. Therefore, no interference be called for in this

petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
