On the ground that illegal construction has been put up on the writ petition schedule property, the writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

"(i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 16.01.2018 (Annexure-Q-1), 20.02.2018 (Annexure-Q-2) and undated letter sent on 23.02.2018 (Annexure-Q-3) and initiate immediate action to remove the unauthorized construction on the Schedule Property in accordance with law;

(ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing Respondent Nos.6 and 7 take further action in Crime No.0430/2016 (Annexure-F) in accordance with law and pursuant to Charge sheet stated to have been filed therein;

(iii) award costs of these proceedings to the Petitioner; and,
