Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following

reliefs:

“(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) directing Respondent No. 1 to produce the entire records pertaining to notice inviting tender vide tender reference number A/AP4/14216954/02-2026 and GeM Tender No.GEM/2026/B/ 7295480;

(b) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) directing Respondent No. 1 to issue the letter of acceptance/ award and contract to the Petitioner in connection with the bid submitted in response to the Tender;

Or in the alternative,

Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) directing Respondent No. 1 to carry out a re-tender in a fair and transparent manner in keeping with the basic principles of natural justice and award of Government tenders; and

(c) Pass any further orders or directions which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity.”
