In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the

order dated 25.02.2026 (Annexure-F), passed by the respondent No.1 - Deputy Commissioner and order dated 11.06.2024 (Annexure-E) passed by the respondent No.2Assistant Commissioner.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for

the parties and on careful consideration of the impugned order passed by the respondent - authorities, would indicate that the petitioner is challenging the M.R.No.27/1994-95 after 29 years and respondent No.4 claims to be the son of K.Kenchappa, who is brother of petitioner's father.

In that view of the matter, as the petitioner has slept over 29 years, without there being challenging the MR No.27/1994-95, I am of the view that, it is open for the petitioner to establish her right over the property in question before the competent civil court in a manner known to Law.

With these observations, the petition is accordingly,
