This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 07.10.2021 passed in M.A.No.38/2020 by the II Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Chikkaballapur (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Trial Court’ for short).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent had filed a suit for bare injunction. In the said suit, an application for temporary injunction was filed, which came to be rejected. Thereafter, under the impugned order, temporary injunction was granted. It is further submitted that the suit filed by the respondent is dismissed on 12.10.2023.
