The Indian Gypsy Works Fellowship Trust and its earlier president had filed this writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution praying that the record of O.S.No.7538/2014 (XV Addl City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore) be called for, the order dated 19.7.2019 (Annexure-D) be set aside, and their application under Order VII Rule 11(a) and (d) be allowed by rejecting the plaint qua their extent of 2 acres 31 guntas in the suit schedule property assigned Survey No.28/2.
