The present writ petition is filed seeking the following

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ramanagara, to dispose of P&SC No. 61/2022 pending on its file, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order of this Hon'ble Court; and

(b) Grant such other and further relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
