The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the

following reliefs:

a. Issue writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order Annexure-A dated 21/05/2025 passed by the 2^nd respondent/Assistant Commissioner in Case No.SEA/SR No.09/2025 (MSC/09/2025); and

b. Pass any other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.

the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under;
