Writ Petition (GM-RES) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India — Ten petitioners sought a writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.5 (Additional Director of Land Records), 6 (Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat) and 7 (Deputy Tahasildar) to implement the order dated 05/12/2023 passed by respondent No.4 (Tahasildar, Tumkur Taluk) at Annexure-C and to deliver possession of the sites allotted to them as per Annexures A to A9. Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos.5, 6 and 7 to implement the order dated 05/12/2023 passed by the Respondent No.4 at Annexure-C and further direct the Respondents to deliver the possession of the respective sites to the Petitioners as allotted in their favour as per Annexure-A to A9 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

b. Issue any other writ or pass any other order/s or grant any other relief/s as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court, in the facts and circumstances of the Court, in the interest of justice.

The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent Nos.5, 6 and 7 have not implemented the order dated 05.12.2023 passed by respondent No.4 and handed over possession of the sites to the petitioners and in that background, the aforesaid relief has been sought for.
