In this Writ Petition, petitioners are assailing the notice bearing No.NCR/CR/49/2025-26 dated 08.05.2026 (AnnexureA), issued by respondent No.2.

In that view of the matter, taking into consideration Annexure-A as a show-cause notice issued to the petitioners, petitioners are directed to make reply / objection to the same, within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and thereafter, the respondent No.2 shall take decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of reply / objection that may be made by the petitioners.

Till consideration of such reply / objection that may be made by the petitioners and conclusion of the proceedings by respondent No.2, the respondents are directed not to precipitate the matter against the petitioners.
