The Court, per Hon'ble Mr. Justice E.S. In this petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard inaction of the respondent-Authorities to consider the application dated 25^th March, 2025 (Annexure-D) made by the petitioner seeking survey, sketch, phodi and durasth in respect of the subject land.

Heard Sri. B.G. Vijayakumaraswamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner has made an application through online, seeking survey, sketch, phodi and
