herein has not complied with the interim order dated 11^th January, 2023 passed by this Court.

Though this Court, by order dated 11^th January,

2023, stayed the confirmation of sale, by imposing condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- within three weeks from the date of order, nothing is placed on record to show that the aforesaid order has been complied with by the petitioner.

Therefore, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the interim order passed by this Court, so also, having perused the material on record, as there is no merit in the petition, Writ Petition is dismissed.
