Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioner herein has not challenged the original award passed by the competent authority under the provisions of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959. Therefore, no interference be called for in this petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
