The petitioners have filed this petition for issuance of directions to the jurisdictional Officers with the Greater Bengaluru Authority to issue Khata for a residential property which is described in the schedule appended to the memorandum of petition. Mr. H. T. Nataraja, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petition could be disposed of taking on record his submission that the authorities are willing to issue Khatha but without prejudice to approach this Court if there is any default.

Standing counsel for the respondents who is called upon to accept notice for the respondents, submits that indeed the petitioners' request for revenue
