The present writ petition is filed seeking the following

Wherefore it is prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ:-

1. Quash the order passed by the learned Prl Senior Civil Judge and CJM at Hassan in Crl.Mis.No.15/2024 dated 2.4.2024 vide Annexure B.

2. And further grant any such other relief that this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the interest of justice and equity."

2. When the matter came up on the last occasion, learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount. Hence, this Court had directed the petitioner to file an undertaking affidavit. Today, undertaking affidavit is filed stating that the petitioner undertakes to pay an amount of Rs,10,00,000/- within one month from today i.e., by 16.04.2026 and the remaining amount will be paid on or before 16.06.2026 and the petitioner will clear all the dues.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank submits that from the year 2024, no amount is paid. It is submitted that the outstanding amount as on 12.03.2026 is Rs.53,56,021/-. The respondent/Bank shall inform the petitioner what is the remaining amount by 10.06.2026 and based on that, the petitioner shall pay the entire amount by 16.06.2026. Hence, this Court is passing the following:

i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the light of the affidavit filed by the petitioner.

ii. The petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- by 16.04.2026 and the remaining amount shall be paid by 16.06.2026.
