The petitioner in the instant petition has challenged the order passed by respondent No.1 [vide Annexure-F to the writ petition], recommending disqualification of the petitioner from membership of the respondent No.3-Grama Panchayath.

Learned High Court Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that subsequent to the recommendation, the State Government has passed an order dated 07.02.2026 disqualifying the petitioner herein.
