The petitioners have sought for issuance of 'E' khata in respect of their respective portions of the property bearing Assessment No.370/4 situated at Hasanapura Village, Kesaramadu Grama Panchayath limits, Tumakuru Taluk. As the same has not been granted so far, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

"a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 15.09.2025 produced as Annexures-F and F1, and consequently issue separate E-Khatha in favour of the petitioners in respect of their respective portions of the property bearing Assessment No.370/4 situated at Hasanapura Village, Kesaramadu Grama Panchayath limits, Tumakuru Taluk, in terms of the compromise decree dated 20.08.2025 passed in O.S.No.313/2025 on the file of the Court of V Addl., Civil Judge & JMFC, Tumakuru, Annexure-D and E, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court

c) Pass such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 upon instructions, submits that the petitioners have not made an online application for issuance of 'E' khata and if the petitioners were to make an online application along with all the necessary documents, the same will be considered. The petitioners are agreeable for the same. Hence the following:-
