Sri.Krishna S.Vyas., counsel for the petitioner and Sri.S.B.Mukkannappa., counsel for the respondent have appeared in person.

Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the award of the Labor Court has been implemented by the Management as of today, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Counsel, therefore, submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

When queried, counsel for the petitioner submits that a conscious decision is taken about non pressing of the petition and if an order is passed the petitioner shall not seek review of the order or modification of the order.

The oral submission is placed on record.

As the counsel on record has taken a conscious decision about non pressing of the petition, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
