The petitioner is before the Court seeking a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the appeal or dispose the revision expeditiously.

2. The petitioner is the complainant. The

respondent, the accused no. 2 had a transaction. The transaction leads the complainant to the concerned Court, which registers C.C. No.235/2024. The issue in the lis is not with regard to the merit of the matter, but an order of the concerned Court dated 28.01.2026 which allows the application filed by the respondent accused under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even if this Court would reject the petition, a direction be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the

further cross-examination on the date that is fixed by the Court. He would further submit that the next ensuing date

of listing before the concerned Court is 08.05.2026.

4. In that light the concerned Court shall permit

further cross examination of the petitioner on the said date with a direction that the further cross-examination

shall conclude on the same date. It is made clear no further adjournment for the purpose of further crossexamination of the complainant shall be permitted.
