“The petitioner most respectfully submits that the respondent No.3 vide order bearing No.SNPUSibbandi/2026-27 dated 17.04.2026 continued the services of the petitioner in the respondent No.3 institution till 30.06.2027. Hence, the petitioner intends to withdraw the above writ petition. Therefore, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit him to withdraw the above writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity. A copy of the said order dated 17.04.2026 is produced herewith for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court.”
