In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

(a) To direct the respondent to promote the petitioner with all consequential benefits and deemed to be promoted under 42(b) KCSR Rule since 28.11.2022, as per the notification No. Staff (1) /CR/10/2022-23 dated 28.11.2022 issued by respondent vide Annexure-“A”.

(b) Such other writ direction or order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the above said circumstances of the case including the award of the costs to the petitioner.

AGA for the respondent and perused the material on record.

In addition to reiterating the various contentions urged in the petition and referring to the material on record, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider the representations at Annexures – B, B1 and B2 dated 10.01.2025, 16.07.2024 and 07.03.2024, respectively.
