No. 10038/2024 by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Shivamogga, sitting at Sagar, which had allowed the appeal and set aside the judgment and decree dated 02.04.2024 in FDP No. 4/2019 of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Soraba.
