petition, this Court is of the view the review petitioner under the garb of seeking review of the order is seeking a re-hearing.

The grounds urged in the review petition were substantially canvassed, addressed and dealt by this Court and therefore. The question of permitting review petitioner to re-agitate the grounds, which were not acceded to while deciding the appeal, does not constitute the error apparent on the face and therefore, the requisites ingredients of Order XLVII Rule 1(a) of CPC are not made out.

Accordingly, the review petition stands dismissed.
