It is noticed from the order sheet that, time of two weeks as prayed was granted on 19.08.2025 to the counsel for the appellant and no more, to file the translated copies of the documents on record. Again on 09.12.2025, at the request of the parties, the case was adjourned, which is listed today. Despite the counsel for the respondent being present in the Court, the appellants9 counsel is not present, even though the case has been called up twice.
The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
