Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the appeal has become infructuous, since the appellant has vacated

the premises and also the respondent has taken the possession on 16.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the appellant has vacated the premises, but still some materials are lying in the premises belonging to the appellant. Therefore, the appellant prays for 15 days time to remove the said materials lying in the premises. Therefore, the appellant is directed to remove whatever materials lying in the premises within a period of 15 days from today.

In view of the above submission, since, the appellant has vacated the premises and handed over the same to the respondents, therefore, the appeal has become infructuous.
