of CRP in view of Sec.115 of CPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of

filing RFA, they have file CRP and hence they seek to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file appropriate petition.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn , with liberty to file an appropriate petition within period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

Registry is directed to return all the documents by

keeping the xerox copy.

Pending IAs., in this petition shall stand closed.
