Learned counsel for the petitioner time and again filing application one after the other before this Court as regards conditional order passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent brought to notice of this Court order dated 23.02.2026, wherein I.A.No.3/2026 was rejected and four days time was granted to deposit additional 25% of the fine amount as ordered by this Court and inspite of granting four days time, the petitioner has not deposited the same. Hence, I do not find any ground to consider this revision petition, since there is delay of 1,604 days in filing the revision petition and even, this Court has granted time to deposit additional fine amount of 25% vide order dated 08.01.2026 and the same was not complied with and subsequently, an attempt is made by filing one more application and the same was also rejected and time and again,

the petitioner has approached this Court by filing an application.

Hence, the application-I.A.No.1/2025 is rejected. Consequently, revision petition is also dismissed in view of nonpayment of 25% of the fine amount as ordered by this Court and the revision petition is also not yet admitted and there is an inordinate delay of 1,604 days.
